What is Acrylic Sealant?
- Acrylic Sealant contains methacrylic acid monomer, acrylic copolymer, benzoin propyl ether, α-methylstyrene oligomer and activator, etc., in a wide temperature range has good fluidity, good weather resistance when curing. BANGDE Acrylic Sealant is developed for use around windows door frames, baseboards, siding and any joint or gap where a weather tight seal is needed. It adheres well to wood, masonry, brick, plaster and most siding without bleeding, staining or discoloring. The single-component acrylic sealant is used for caulking jointing, filling and embedding in construction. It is a paintable acrylic, ideal for application in areas where there is less or no use of water.
The ready-to-use acrylic sealant by Astral Adhesives is flexible in nature and is suitable for fixing ceramic tiles, wooden mouldings, etc. on vertical surfaces.

PAINTABILITY:
Allow acrylic latex to dry for 2 hours before painting

APPLICATION：
Doors and Windows, stone, tiles, kickers and other caulking use
DIRECTIONS:
1.Make sure surfaces are clean and dry.
2.2.Fill deep joints or voids with solid filler to 1/2 of surface.
3.Cut tip off cartridge, screw on nozzle, cut nozzle to desired opening at45 angle. Insert cartridge into standard caulking gun.4.For a smooth seal, hold cartridge at 45 angle. Apply by pushing sealant ahead of nozzle.5.If further caulking is required, complete within5 minutes. Remove excess sealant immediately with dry paper towel.6.Excess material can be smoothed with putty knife and cleaned up with a damp cloth.
CAUTION:
1.Direct contact of uncured sealant irritates eyes and
may irritate skin.
2.NOT FOR INTERNAL CONSUMPTION.
3.In case of EYE CONTACT flush eves with water
for 15 minutes.
4If imitation persists call a physician.
5.In case of SKIN CONTACT, wash skin thoroughly
with soap and water.6.In case of INGESTION, get medical attention immediately
